When and how we can work together.
Information about scheduling, delivery formats, and how to plan your team's engagement.
Scheduling Lead Time
Most engagements require two to three weeks of lead time for scheduling and preparation. Full programs with a diagnostic phase benefit from four weeks of lead time to allow for proper diagnostic work before the first workshop.
Reaching out early gives more flexibility in choosing dates that work around your team's sprint and release cycles.
Remote Availability
Remote engagements are available on an ongoing basis. Sessions run in Japan Standard Time (JST) as default. Teams in other time zones can arrange sessions that work across the overlap, typically morning JST for teams in Europe or Americas.
Remote sessions use video conferencing with shared code environments for the practical exercises.
In-Person Delivery
In-person sessions are available for teams in Tokyo and the surrounding Kanto region. Sessions can be held at your office or at our Shinbashi location depending on team size and preference.
For teams outside the Kanto region, in-person delivery may be available with additional logistics coordination. Get in touch to discuss.
Recurring Engagements
Some organizations run the program with multiple cohorts over time, either as new engineers join or as they want to refresh team practices. Priority scheduling is available for teams who have completed a previous engagement.
How to plan around your team's calendar.
The most common challenge in scheduling training is finding time that doesn't collide with a major release. We recommend planning the main training sessions to fall two to four weeks before a significant deployment window, so the new practices get used while the training is fresh.
The reinforcement session (Phase 4) should happen after the team has had four to six weeks of normal work using the new approach. That gap is intentional. It gives habits time to form and real patterns to emerge.
