Complete Code Review Transformation

Single-Module Deep Dive
One specific module, delivered in a half-day session. Useful when a team has a specific, identified gap rather than a broad review culture problem. Common starting points are Module 3 (writing better comments) and Module 2 (what to actually look for).
Also works as an introduction for teams that want to experience the training format before committing to the full program.

Scaling Through Your Leads
For larger engineering organizations, training every team directly isn't practical. The train-the-trainer format works with your senior engineers and tech leads, equipping them to run review workshops internally.
Participants receive extended facilitator guides, exercise facilitation notes, and a coaching session after their first internal delivery. The goal is sustainable internal capability, not ongoing dependency.
